Tepak Sirih.... this project's downright sucks!

Another project coming in, snowballed with terror. Two projects in one duration. 8 weeks. No enjoyment. This sucks. And topic's even suck too.

Tepak sirih. What the hell is it all about? Are there anyone still chewing betel leaves here? No? I don't think the urban people would turn out to be a total 'kambing' to chew leaves as such, but I think there are some who does in the suburbs. Or some rural areas. Honestly, I never chew betel leaves before. How does it taste like, to eat on its own? Or when it is being mixed with kapur, pinang, gambir, so on and so forth?

Nowadays people put tepak sirih on the topmost of a cupboard. On a rack along with ornamental vases and porcelain swans, or itsy-bitsy cottages. Or being put in the forgotten corner aka the grand old cupboard meant only for old stuffs. Do people use it too often? No. Only on wedding ceremonies where we might have it in our homes (my turn! coming soon. maybe later.)

In thios project we have to be, instead to conserve, but to design, I repaet, design an innovation of tepak sirih to make it more.... user-friendly or creative or attractive or whatever. Danm, not another design stuff. Shit.
